  • Trained and supervised Chicago BEES (Branch Electronic Equipment Support) Help Desk staff, in network monitoring, problem diagnostics, as well as, timely problem resolution.
  • As part of the Planning and Coordinating Team, consolidated and relocated multiple Citibank BEES Units in the Mid-Atlantic, Florida and California marketplaces, to the Chicago Unit. Then migrated the Chicago Unit to the San Antonio, Texas facility. The resulting move was transparent to all users, successfully completing this task within budget and before the deadline.
